My Story

Hi, my name is Barbara Williams
And my company is BWW Enterprises LLC.

I retired from a large management consulting company in 2008 but found that I missed the excitement of going after contracts and grants, pulling a team together to implement the written plan, and the give and take of working with others. So, in 2013, I organized my company and began to work with non-profit organizations to help them secure funds for their program efforts.

My decision to primarily work with non-profit organizations stems from the fact, that those organizations are generally looking for funds to support or expand their programs and often have neither the expertise nor the time to look for and go after contract/grant opportunities. I decided to try to fill that niche. It has been rewarding for me and those organizations who have used my services.

Professional Skills

Grant Writing

I am an excellent grant writer and proposal manager. I analyze requests for proposals, and often work with a team to create an excellent product. I’ve also written a full proposal on my own without a team. We won more than $1million in contract and grants in 2014-2015.

Evaluation

I evaluate programs by working with the client to determine the goals of the program. Once we have goals, we identify data needed to show the program’s positive traits, collect and/or assemble the data, and write a report. These reports can be technical or non-technical for general audiences..

Training

I provide evaluation training for those interested in learning more about evaluation methods. I also conduct professional development training on subjects such as writing objectives, testing, and character education. Much of this training is now done online using webinar techniques.

Since 2013, BWW Enterprises LLC has been busy writing winning proposals, evaluating programs, analyzing data, writing reports, and providing training on a number of subjects.
